RETURN POLICY FOR COSMETICS
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all cosmetic and personal care products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
Exceptions for Returns:
- Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects
- Expired Products: Items that arrive past their expiration date or expire within 24 months of purchase
- Wrong Item Shipped: If we send you an incorrect product
To Request an Exception: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defective or expired product. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund upon receipt and verification.
Health & Safety Notice: For the safety and hygiene of all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products that have been used or tested, even if you are unsatisfied with the color, scent, or performance.
