SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Origin: All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in South Korea or the USA using international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
Delivery Times
- UAE: 5-10 business days
- Other GCC Countries: 7-12 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Free international shipping is available on orders over AED 300.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery: All international shipments include full tracking to your door. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Customs Documentation: All packages include proper customs declarations with accurate product descriptions and values. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values, as this violates international shipping regulations.
Delivery Issues: If your package is held by customs, delayed, or returned due to customs issues, please contact us immediately. While we cannot control customs processes, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
Address Requirements: International shipping requires complete and accurate addresses including postal codes. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returns. PO boxes may not be accepted for certain courier services.
